THE COURSE
The Georgian Bay Club opened for play in June 2004 and sits atop the Nippissing Ridge, gently nestled against the Niagara Escarpment with breathtaking views of the surrounding area and the beautiful waters of Georgian Bay.
The Member friendly par 71 layout includes 5 sets of tees ranging from 5,160 to 7,122 yards, multiple sets of Member and Junior hybrid tees, 55 acres of fairways, over 60 Alister MacKenzie inspired bunkers and large undulating greens, all coming together to provide new challenges each and every day. The golf course is renowned and respected as a second shot golf course because of the angles of approach required to get the ball close to the pin on the vast and challenging greens. Each hole on the course stands apart from any adjacent holes, providing a true sense of serenity and peacefulness. The finishing three holes at The Georgian Bay Club are one of the best tests of a par 4, par 3 and a par 5 anywhere in golf. And just when you have the Clubhouse in site, your final shots on the eighteenth hole will require every bit of mental strength you have to post a great number on your card. Enjoy!
