Larry Dunn

Larry is the Founder of Dunn Capital Corporation and the DunnCap Group of Companies. The DunnCap Group’s roots are in real estate. Since 1981, DunnCap has been developing and building commercial and industrial properties. DunnCap has completed residential housing developments totaling over 4,000 units and continues in residential and commercial land develpment, including the hospitality and hotel sectors.

In addition, Larry is Chairman, CEO and Director, HarbourEdge Mortgage Investment Corporation. Since inception, Larry has overseen the management of the Mortgage Investment Corporation and Management Company, taking an active role in the underwriting process and investor relations.

In 2010, Larry became the Managing Partner of The Lora Bay Corporation, developing over 1,000 new homes on its 580 acre property in Thornbury, Ontario. As part of this development, The Lora Bay Corporation owned and operated The Golf Club at Lora Bay, the co host of the 2008-2010 Ford Wayne Gretzky Classic of the PGA Tour’s then Nationwide Tour, and the host of the 2007 Telus Skins Game. In 2022, Larry divested these Lora Bay holdings from the DunnCap Group of Companies.

Larry and his wife Shelley, along with their two sons, are active members of the community enjoying everything the area has to offer.
