The Georgian Bay Club is proud of our culinary history and the creativity of our Heart of the House Team.

We offer four A La Carte Menu changes over the course of our six month golf season, and all our A La Carte Menus offer a unique Tapas Menu, Appetizers, our Members’ Corner for traditional favourites, our Chef’s Creations for perhaps something just a little different, our Main Dinner Entrees, as well as a delicious Dessert Menu. We open with our Spring Menu which reflects the best of what our local area offers. With the coming of summer vacation season, we then present our first full Summer Menu. To keep our menus fresh and always evolving, we offer a second Summer Menu. Our fourth and final Fall Menu is a great addition to our culinary presentation and reflects the change in seasons.

We believe every great menu should be complimented with a wonderful selection of special wines. Mickey Mathias, Director, Food and Beverage, goes to great lengths to provide our Members and their guests with the very latest in wines from both our local region and around the world.
