The Georgian Bay Club is much more than just Golf and Lifestyle. It is also a collection of single-family Custom Homes surrounding our Championship Golf Course and a separate collection of Luxury Townhomes along the tenth fairway known as the Private Residences.

Custom Homes

The original Custom Home Collection at The Georgian Bay Club is limited to forty-one custom home sites, originally developed with the Golf Club and strategically located around the golf course in three different private enclaves, tastefully integrated into the overall landscape of the Club. Homeowners adhere to building guidelines to ensure architectural controls are respected anda consistently high standard of private residences permeate the Club. These homeowners are permitted to have a personal golf cart approved by the Club for travel to and from their home to the Clubhouse following the golf course cart paths only.

Future plans for the final collection of Custom Home Sites are underway, to be located on the front nine of the golf course.

The Private Residences

The Private Residences at The Georgian Bay Club are an exceptional collection of Luxury Villa Townhomes, representing the current phase of the Club's real estate offerings, located along the tenth fairway and overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay. The first phase of this project with just thirty homes backing directly onto the tenth fairway is nearing completion, with twenty-six more homes to follow in the second phase.
