YOGA FOR GOLFERS

 

General Information

 

Available throughout the season Meg Chapman, Head Teaching Professional and Certified Yoga Instructor, will be offering unique and exciting yoga classes for all levels of golfers. Meg will blend the foundation of yoga with golf, including both the physical and mental aspects specfically to playing the game. No previous yoga experience is required.

 


 

Duration

 

Each class will be 75-minutes in length.

Specifics

 

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
